[It's been a slow and lazy few weeks, just going to work at the shop and coming home every day--a brief look at the network before settling down with his most recent acquisition--a used, slightly abused, alto saxophone. He usually made sure the door was completely closed before starting to play--but it was ajar today, if only slightly, letting the sound of his playing filter out into the hallway.]
