Let's get on the same page really quick. I'm not trying to treat your friend as a nuisance-- I'm trying not to treat him as a weapon. This whole concept of otherwise independent people losing their identities just for the sake of someone with a god complex who's too much a coward to act themselves is distasteful to me. I don't want Kija doing what I tell him to do because he's supposed to, or something stupid like that. Ideally, he ought to be able to make his own choices. He could even act against me, if he thought that was best. God knows, my colleagues have thought so in the past.
Since that's not going to happen, then, I suppose I'll have to start taking his advice. The adjustment period might go on a little longer, however-- do forgive me.
